Estas condiciones regulan el acceso y uso del Sitio, que ofrece calculadoras fiscales orientativas para no residentes con inmuebles en España, así como, en su caso, el proceso de solicitud de servicios profesionales (elaboración de informes, presentación de modelos, representación fiscal y encargos similares) prestados por el despacho responsable.

Le rogamos que lea atentamente este Aviso Legal y la Política de Privacidad antes de utilizar el Sitio. Si no está de acuerdo con ellos, no debe usarlo.

3. Uso del Sitio

• Utilizar las calculadoras y contenidos con fines de información y, en su caso, solicitar encargos.
• No realizar solicitudes fraudulentas o ilícitas ni introducir datos falsos.
• Ser mayor de 18 años y disponer de capacidad legal suficiente.
• Facilitar datos veraces y exactos cuando se soliciten.

4. Naturaleza orientativa de los cálculos

Los resultados que muestran las calculadoras del Sitio son estimaciones orientativas basadas en la normativa vigente y en los datos introducidos por el usuario. No constituyen asesoramiento fiscal personalizado ni sustituyen la revisión de un profesional; el resultado real puede variar según cada caso concreto.

El cálculo se ejecuta en el navegador del usuario: los datos fiscales que introduce no se envían a ningún servidor salvo que el propio usuario decida solicitar el informe dejando su email. El tratamiento de esos datos se describe en la Política de Privacidad.

5. Solicitud de servicios profesionales

1. Solicitud: el usuario deja su email y/o describe su caso a través de los formularios del Sitio.
2. Presupuesto: el despacho remite un presupuesto y el alcance del trabajo.
3. Aceptación: el encargo queda aceptado cuando el cliente confirma por escrito (email) el presupuesto y las condiciones.
4. Ejecución: se realizan los trabajos conforme al alcance aceptado.

El acceso al Sitio no supone relación comercial alguna hasta la aceptación expresa del encargo. El Sitio no utiliza pasarelas de pago ni TPV; el abono, cuando proceda, se acuerda en el presupuesto y se realiza mediante transferencia bancaria.

6. Propiedad intelectual e industrial

El diseño del Sitio, su código fuente, la marca “TaskZero”, logotipos y demás signos distintivos pertenecen a DEALONSOS CENTRO ASESOR, S.L. o a terceros licenciantes, y están protegidos por los correspondientes derechos. Se prohíbe su reproducción, distribución o comunicación pública salvo autorización expresa.

7. Responsabilidad

• No se garantiza la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del Sitio ni la ausencia de errores o elementos dañinos.
• El titular no responde de los daños derivados de interferencias, interrupciones, virus, averías o intromisiones ilegítimas fuera de su control.
• Pueden existir enlaces a sitios de terceros ajenos al titular; no se asume responsabilidad por sus contenidos ni por los daños derivados de su uso.

8. Protección de datos

El tratamiento de los datos personales derivados del uso del Sitio se rige por la Política de Privacidad. En los formularios, antes de enviar, el usuario deberá aceptar expresamente dicha Política.

9. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción

Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. Las controversias se someterán a los Juzgados y Tribunales competentes conforme a Derecho, sin perjuicio de los derechos que puedan corresponder a consumidores y usuarios conforme a la normativa aplicable.

These terms govern access to and use of the Site, which provides indicative tax calculators for non-residents with property in Spain, as well as, where applicable, the process of requesting professional services (preparation of reports, filing of tax forms, tax representation and similar engagements) provided by the responsible firm.

3. Use of the Site

• Use the calculators and content for information purposes and, where applicable, request engagements.
• Do not make fraudulent or unlawful requests or enter false data.
• Be over 18 years of age and have sufficient legal capacity.
• Provide truthful and accurate data when requested.

4. Indicative nature of the calculations

The results shown by the Site’s calculators are indicative estimates based on the applicable regulations and on the data entered by the user. They do not constitute personalised tax advice and are no substitute for professional review; the actual result may vary depending on each specific case.

The calculation runs in the user’s browser: the tax data entered is not sent to any server unless the user chooses to request the report by leaving their email. The processing of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Requesting professional services

1. Request: the user leaves their email and/or describes their case through the Site’s forms.
2. Quote: the firm sends a quote and the scope of the work.
3. Acceptance: the engagement is accepted when the client confirms the quote and terms in writing (email).
4. Performance: the work is carried out in accordance with the accepted scope.

Access to the Site does not entail any commercial relationship until the engagement is expressly accepted. The Site does not use payment gateways or POS terminals; payment, where applicable, is agreed in the quote and made by bank transfer.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The design of the Site, its source code, the “TaskZero” brand, logos and other distinctive signs belong to DEALONSOS CENTRO ASESOR, S.L. or to third-party licensors, and are protected by the corresponding rights. Their reproduction, distribution or public communication is prohibited without express authorisation.

7. Liability

• The uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors or harmful elements is not guaranteed.
• The owner is not liable for damages arising from interference, interruptions, viruses, faults or unlawful intrusions beyond its control.
• There may be links to third-party sites unrelated to the owner; no responsibility is assumed for their content or for damages arising from their use.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data arising from the use of the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy. On the forms, before submitting, the user must expressly accept that Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with law, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to consumers and users under the applicable regulations.
